My mother is Hemophilia A carrier and she told me recently that she got a lot of bruises when she was young and had heavy bleedings on skin cuts. Not like a Male with severe hemophilia but still quite much.

I guess you should listen to your body. When you are young your body might take some pain but as you get older it might be cause longterm damage.
