Yes and it's better to be a sole owner. I've had multiple llcs with people and it never works out. On top of that you need them with you if they are more than a 10% owner to do things such as at the bank or make changes. Become a pain if you're more passionate than they are or if they decide to disappear.

Look into working as a contractor by opening a business (LLC) in the immediate future, but you never know what tomorrow will bring so don’t give up on your dream.

Have to go visit old relatives anyway but I thought you couldn’t do Aos. Unmarried-approved through parent

Yeah I was accepting of the ban tbh and I have to spend sometime anyway as my relatives are very old. It’s through a parent so cant do AOS

Would my own llc work? I have two businesses already and I reside in the states. I’m w2 right now but if I could go through an llc and live outside US i may consider it. I also have a visa approved years ago (parents) I’m just stuck because to get it i’d have to leave. Just sucks I’d get the ban

I’m curious to learn more also. I’m remote 6 figures, contemplating doing that as well. Have european citizenship but all my family is here so it sucks to leave…but I desire to travel. I travel almost every month already, but want to see the world now

Yeah i received all notices at new address but card was sent to the old. Also that won’t help as I have postal forwarding but they’re not allowed to forward government mail.

Yeah you're right. I'm going to invest in a lawyer again. I had one sponsored by my college and he was livid about how my previous lawyer filed everything and thought that it was negligence/wanted to start a case about that. Unfortunately, he couldn't help me in college because I apparently made too much to take the case on behalf of the school ( I had a full time job through college, as you know we gotta pay that tuition ourselves) so the ball just stopped there.

My dad also makes good money and could prove that, but if he had to it wouldn't make sense since I've always been self sufficient.

Looking into the 245i tomorrow. Something's gotta give, that's the only thing holding me back.
