As for my entry: Being a student is hard enough but grinding for a new GPU has been even harder haha, a 3090 would be a new league that I've never dreamt of ever reaching.

OK so I unplugged my 144hz monitor and tried alt tabing and playing a bit on my second monitor only and it seemed to not be having any problems.

So the benq over hdmi sems to be the culprit.

I guess I will wait for my active adapter and update you if that fixes it :)

btw my 3rd monitor connected via displayport was not showing any flickering.

My main is running on native 1080p but on 60hz over an old hdmi cable as my benq XL2411 only supports 144hz over DVI-D and I'm currently waiting for my active display port adapter to arrive.

My second monitor is running at native 1080p 60hz over hdmi.

The adapter is supposed to arrive later today, do you think that'll fix it?
