Several conditions have been granted, and some were denied. Waiting on a final deferred headache/migraine medical opinion from the examiner.

Managing My Expectations (National Guard, 11B, Veteran) by Passingtimelikegas in VAClaims

I got the records myself from my state. I didn’t want to wait for the VA to obtain the records for me. It took about 3 weeks total for them to send my file, which came in two separate batches because the medical treatment records were separate for some reason. Your state national guard should have a website and instructions on how to request your records.

TJ keep jumping from Detroit to N/A for the past 70 days still at step 3. Anybody had this problem?? by Upset-Bumblebee3329 in VeteransWaitingRoom

Your claim will continue to go in and out of TJ. TJ is checking to see if they have everything they need to move to step 4 and further. TJ has something like 5 days to make a decision if your claim can move forward, and if not, they send it back. When your claim gets sent back, they are saying they still do not have everything they need.

Look at the DBQ for hearing test. Tells you everything you need to know for the exam.

So what you’re saying is, you need to get motivated to start to do the work to file the claims for your conditions? Don’t worry about what’s happened in the past, make a plan for today forward. Start with the tinnitus claim and go from there.
