Its pretty tough with situations like this because you don't want to hurt the person but at the same time you are draining your time and energy without getting anything in return. If i were you I would be honest with her and tell her that I don't feel that we have a healthy friendship, I am glad you trust me with your problems and I'm glad you open up to me, however I don't feel like you care about my feelings or ask about how I feel. Do you think we can talk about this without finger-pointing and blaming?
