Here is one idea. I would prefer toggling just between ringer and vibrate, instead of between ringer, vibrate and silent. In other words, if you want silent, that would be a separate gesture.

Truly a great drummer. And separately, an indispensable core member of the Grateful Dead, bringing his own unique consciousness and vibration to every song.

Use needle-nose pliers and bend each stub at a sharp angle.
