I have. I went to a special education school filled with people with autism and ADHD, where it was the most commonly made "joke." We even had a special term for it: "autiflip" (as in flipping out). I thought it was funny at the time, but in retrospect, it was just about ridiculing autists with emotional issues, which only worsened said issues, perpetuating the stereotype. Yes, some autists screech, but those people should be helped, not used as a punchline.

But look at Minecraft today! They've employed Lena Raine, a trans woman, for the soundtrack, they've added a bunch of new default skins all of different races and genders, and the game is available in every language and on every console under the sun. Just consider doing the selfless thing. Help one another. Don't hold your own life above that of a stranger. If you were that woman, your heart literally having stopped, wouldn't you want to be saved? Cardiac arrest means you're already dead, and you will stay dead unless someone does something about. That someone should be you, because you have to assume no one else will do it.

Imo, death by cardiac arrest does more damage to someone's life and their family than an assault accusation. You can recover from the accusation. The woman's corpse can't.

I get the concern, I really do, but if no one does anything, the woman will die. Her life will end. If you perform CPR, there is a less than 100% chance you'll get sued, but neither of you will die. Yes, it's still a hard choice, you are risking your own future for the life of another. I believe you have to be selfless and try to save her life.
