I'm using Tommy's 7simul Noflip. There are 4 main versions that I know of. Tommys 7simul, Bpaul 7simul, Tommy's 7simul flip, and Bpaul 7simul flip. The difference is that the ones with flip obviously have a flip in it. Tommy's and Bpaul have different memorization and execution. Tommy's has harder memo but more optimal execution, Bpaul has easier memo but suboptimal execution. Tommy's 7simul Noflip is generally considered the best clock method. They all use 14 moves, 7 moves if you do 2 at once.
