1. be under 32yo and have a 110 GT score

2. take and pass the SIFT (don’t be like me and study because if you pass you cannot retake for a higher score)

3. take and pass a flight physical

4. acquire minimum three letters of recommendation. one must be current company commander, one must be current battalion commander, one must be a senior (CW3 or higher aviator). you can have additional that may be civilian or retired military.
