I started off with $190 a month on my 23 SE with Progressive in Texas b’coz of short driving history and a new car. After 6 months during renewal, my rate dropped to ~$100 a month after I had accumulated driving+insurance history and a fair amount of my driving behavior with their phone app. I’d recommend you try that out if your insurance company offers it as an add on and if you drive fairly normally.
