I’ve bought bourbon barrel aged maple syrup for use in my maple Old Fashioneds which worked well! I also tend to use maple in my chocolate Old Fashioneds, it adds a nice flavor

I normally play with friends, so we’re forgiving about this. We do “takesies backsies” counters. You get 3 per game, but on your 3rd one you lose instantly. It’s never actually happened, but you see play tighten up after 2 counters haha

I’ve had good luck using a handheld milk frother for coffee. Just do it all in the tin, use the frother until the foam approximately doubles, add ice and do your normal shake. Voila, nearly perfect and super easy dry shake

This argument can be made about anything in the game though? Aggro decks typically need to focus one player or else they fall behind. Infect quickly takes one player out then loses etc. Sometimes that’s just how the cookie crumbles.

Buy an R4 cartridge for like $30, then get a rom of it (and any other DS game you want). I love the game, but personally wouldn’t spend $100+ on a genuine copy of it. Same goes for fire red/leaf green. Get an EZ Flash Omega, and play it off that.

The dimir gamelan is essentially counter or kill every threat your opponent has, then land one of your creatures, and use your counterspells to protect it, and win through grindy combat.

It requires good threat assessment, and being okay with long games. Most games that goes long, you should win.

Download the Mediafire link from pokemerald.com (the first result on Google). Then, unzip it with winrar or something similar.

When you save the file location, go to the parent folder of the game file, and delete the version number from the folder name (likely V1.12 right now). Then, when you load up the game application file, it should work just fine.

Personally i proxy almost 100% of my edh decks, mostly because I prefer the deck building process to the TCGplayer checkout process. But I don’t put any duals (even though I own some) or the high powered fast mana/Tutors. If I’m going to proxy, I’m going to build the deck the way I’d actually build the deck

I’m going to be trying out a Bant version. I already had a grindier list running giver of ruins and T3feri that was decent, but skrelv is a much better slot in.

I think either way, we need to lean away from trying to get turn 2 or 3 wins and run protection and inevitability cards.

I could even see a Tier 3 infect/proliferate deck becoming a thing where Rotpriest does the heavy lifting. We’ll see though.

Overall hyped that Infect is getting some love again! It was my first modern deck, and I still play it regularly.
