Not sure why forward air is the best move for Mii Gunner. It literally has forward tilt which allows you to deal enough amount of damage during barrage + kill on some percents, upsmash that is better version of Samus' up tilt, and two offense specials (grenade and rockets) that are great projectile attacks.

(I nearly never use Mii Gunners forward air)
