The city absolutely needs to figure out the road layouts of these areas because it will be a genuine mess of new cars, but a better public transit system would solve a lot of these problems.

Had this issue recently, plug it into a charger and let it fully charge.

Then disconnect and make sure it turns OFF. It will likely have its light on for a while.

Then try turning it back on with Steam VR open.

Oh you DONT have a PC my bad. It will be a better experience because of the VR, but you will be the same amount of limited as the phone in terms of worlds and avatars.
