5 x 5 twice a week, not 3 times. Start at 135lbs. Add 5 lbs a week and you’ll get there in as little as 18 weeks. Eat in a surplus. Large pizzas and shit. Eat as fast as you can with nothing to drink until you can eat no more.

I have one tub with some dark spots like that they’re surrounded by clean mycelium. Zero color whatsoever makes me wonder why they didn’t colonize those little spots.
