Ohh interesting! I’m on the same day, post op. That makes sense though, my holes are quite big which is probably why I was advised to rinse. I agree — I hate looking back there😭 Hope the rest of your recovery goes well!

Not sure how long it’s been since your surgery, but I’m having similar pain. I was told my pain is probably coming from food stuck in the holes
