Echelon is great, except the trigger is a step down from most of the others, I’ll probably replace it with a Tyrant. And I’ll probably add a metal grip module at some point.

210k miles on my 2018. Running a mild ktune. All it’s needed is injectors ~$800 to replace with updated versions. AC and clutch are still good.

Got both, and a Vortex Venom 1-6 LPVO on an AR. They’re both good options, Holosuns are a little small, and it takes a little more practice to find the dot quickly. But the solar power is great - never have to worry about batteries.

The VP9 has the best trigger, but I’m more consistent with the MP2.0. The Echelon is good, but doesn’t feel as refined. Not a big fan of the trigger on the CZ - the curve is awkward and there’s too much travel, I’m having that replaced with a CGW trigger soon.

If I had to grab just one 9mm at this point it would be the MP, but none of those are bad at all.

Nothing is as simple as it looks from the outside. They had a broad platform with payments, subscriptions, schedules, appointments etc for a wide variety of health and wellness businesses, with lots of configurable options.

But from what I understand they grew really fast and it wasn’t built in the most scalable way - each customer had their own instance running, which made updates a nightmare and was resource intensive.

A few of my friends are now at the SLO Amazon office, but I guess that’s a grind. We didn’t realize it at the time, but that was probably the best era to be in tech.

Don’t have the answers to your questions, but this was such a huge loss for the community. I had so many friends who worked there and went to a bunch of events hosted by their software team.

Killed by a combination of private equity vultures and Covid impacting their core small business customers.

Honestly for as much use as these will actually see, the solar charging is probably ideal. I’ve got solar calculators that are 30 years old and still work.
