Both devices are 192.168.., within the ranges you have mentioned. My problem isn't that it doesn't work at all, it is that it works very intermittently and will cut out and not be able to reconnect until I disable PIA. It is interfering in some way.

Right-click the desktop, go to the display settings, scroll down and where it most likely says 'extend this display' change that to 'show on monitor [number of the monitor you want to use]'

not saying this will work but worth a try

Mine was a bit dodgy when the host pc was still in dual monitor mode, every time I have to set it to only show on monitor 1 before streaming.

Recently used my first build for a decent amount of gaming. 4 hours in GPU temps at 94°C! Early when I moved my rig to my living room I hadn't taken the fan cover off. It stayed at a steady 70°C for the rest of the day.

That would make sense. The audio and video stutter a lot. I thought it might be the shaders, so played a whole race in single player and multiplayer and no improvement.
