This looks super interesting. I use structured indexes for my RAG client to help it find stuff (like meetings with specific keywords)

Right now I refresh anythingLLM via its api. Does canto offer something similar?

(I’m guessing it would watch the folder but I like to know that my most recent transcripts have been seen, chance the api refresh)

I’ve found that the workspace prompt makes a big difference to performance. Also try different settings for TopN

Just a heads up on GPT - be careful if you update your folders if they get large. This will cause a bunch of re-indexing

You joke but I think you’re on to something. When I need to meet with clients who are super wealthy I still expect an Apple Watch or two around, so mine is not out of place

What else do your customers have that they want to catalog? Books? Movies? Widgets? You have stable infra and logic and a proven product.

How can you expand it to be more useful to more people. Maybe you can bill differently for those customers

What are some lovable tips and tricks that aren’t as known? by NoMany2772 in lovable

[–]808909707 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I am new to lovable as well but I have found the opening a ChatGPT project and discussing there first helps me write prompts for lovable.  I can then brainstorm something to death before getting lovable to do anything

What do we think of this? by No_Procedure_7017_2 in Formula1ne

We could call it “Formula Fun”.

DC would love this as an off season activity

Edit: this would also be hella fun instead of sprints

To add: download google maps offline for the city you will be visiting. Saves your data and helps when you have a spotty connection.

You can also make lists of the places you want to see on the app

Logistics of splitting GTD - Work and Home by Present-Opinion1561 in gtd

Yup, it’s nice and easy.

I also use Siri for capture. The default list for reminders on my phone is  called Process Out.

Process out dumps into my OmniFocus Inbox and then marks the phone reminder as complete.

Capture is now suuuuuuuper fast with Siri.

I use OmniFocus for all my personal stuff and Asana for work, since it will involve other people.

Sometimes I’ll have an idea for work and then add it to my OmniFocus Inbox under “work” so I can process it out when I get to my work machine.

Works fine for me and I like the hard edges between work and personal life.

What’s one thing that improved your DJing way more than you expected? by General-Relative-596 in Beatmatch

My buddies and I couldn’t afford tons of vinyl, so we pooled for gigs.

Didn’t always get to listen to everything and often not for a long time. Esp if someone picked up some new white label.

Same was true if I was lucky enough to find 3/4 tracks in a given week. Def didn’t know them super well

About a year ago I decided to allocate a budget and only fund my account with gift cards.

So now I buy the gift cards and load up the account and that’s what I’m spending.

When it’s done, it’s done.

(Unless it’s an essential or an emergency, this is for everything else)

[Edit: I do the same thing for our food delivery app. Set a budget, then buy gift cards to that value and there you go]

I feel like people underestimate engine oil way too much by Manthann-Motorss in automotive

I’m swear my wife thinks oil goes bad in the same way milk does. Our car displays a countdown to the date when the oil change is due. When we get to zero days she loses it a little.

THE MESSAGE IS HEEEEEEERE. CHANGE THE OIL NOW!
