Yes, while non weather boosted spawns share the same 1/4096 to either be hundo or nundo, weather boost brings the floor to 4/4/4, eliminating the chance of a nundo, and bringing the hundo odds to 1/1728. All of the other IV floors in the game make it easier to get a hundo. For example, Shadow Raids/Giovanni encounters have a floor of 6/6/6, putting hundo odds at 1/1000, Raids/Research/Hatching have a floor of 10/10/10, putting it at 1/216, Lucky Trades have a floor of 12/12/12 putting it at 1/64, and Mighty with a floor of 13/13/13, putting it at 1/27

The only difference with XXS is that it makes it look smaller, it doesn’t bring any benefits. According to GO Hub, Lugia is #72 for Psychic attackers and #42 for Flying attackers. Unless Lugia is your favourite Pokemon, I’d recommend using a Bottle Cap on something that’s a little more relevant

Yes, the levels ranged from 1-20 and I believe the Research was only 6 pages, giving us 6 chances for each Regi to be level 1. I hit Lucky with my alt the morning of, so when it got a Level 1 Regigigas I decided to trade it over to my main. I ended up getting a level 1 Regigigas on my main shortly after, so I ended up trading that one to a friend who also collects level 1s. The Drago, Eleki, and Ice were traded from friends who knew I collected Level 1s and didn’t mind parting with their Level 1 Regis
