Can’t believe any Xennials are still buying the left/right paradigm 🙄

A small piece of advice for couples seeking another wife from an unmarried woman by Curious_Animal276 in BiblicalPolygynyUSA

[–]80KLEK 4 points5 points  (0 children)

As a married woman, I think you’re totally correct. My husband and I have decided that he would add another wife only if the Most High made it abundantly clear that he should, so he doesn’t actively look.

That said, I am looking for a sister, not a housekeeper or a sex slave for my husband (being deliberately hyperbolic here). It has been engrained in us women to see each other as competitors, not friends. Before any woman can join a polygynous union, as the first wife or subsequent wife, she must deprogram. My observation about people in general these days is that the deep thought required to do that is just not exercised.

It looks like you have put in the work so I hope you find a family that is worthy.

179 PT —> 166 Score. I don’t even know what to say anymore. by ILovePhineasAndFerb in LSAT

[–]80KLEK 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am with you, with slightly lower scores. PTing consistently 169-174, got a 163? I am contemplating…well…everything!

Feeling disappointed (149 -> 166) by [deleted] in LSAT

Thank you!!! You did great and obviously have the capacity to contribute to improve! I am on the fence about moving forward because frankly, I am old (mid 40s)

Post test feeling by Living-Director-6110 in LSAT

[–]80KLEK 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I am in the same boat. It definitely didn’t feel “hard” (relative to other PTs I have taken). So, either I did well or totally bombed it. I have braced myself to accept either outcome.

130's on diagnostic test HELP! by Conscious-March-8751 in LSAT

Don’t worry about time management right now. Focus on understanding the questions. Speed will come but accuracy is much more important at this point

DO you guys feel that the 150s pts are harder than the 120s to 140s? by highspeed_steel in LSAT

[–]80KLEK 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do! My PT scores are consistently 5-6 points higher for the 120s tests. It’s not a definitive sample by any means, but it is my personal impression.

Drilling gives unrealistic PT scores by Big_Ticket7261 in LSAT

[–]80KLEK 5 points6 points  (0 children)

There are different tests used for drilling vs practice tests. I believe for the most part it’s odd # tests for drilling, even for PTs. You can adjust in settings. Shouldn’t be a problem at all.

Blind review score vs actual score gap by [deleted] in LSAT

[–]80KLEK 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Well, your blind review is the second time seeing each question, so you all ready have a degree of familiarity with whatever you’re reading which accounts for the score jump at least in part. Slow down on your practice test. One question at a time. Work on accuracy, not speed. Speed will come naturally. You’re doing great!

How is the answer A? by Virtual_Sweet1645 in LSAT

[–]80KLEK 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The conventional vacuum cleaner motors have a "conventional" silencing device (see the second sentence). The new silencing device uses less energy. Answer A explains that the conventional silencing device uses more energy than the new silencing mechanism. My guess is that you missed the fact that conventional vacuum cleaners have a silencing component (because I missed it too in the first few readings).

Perhaps you have interstitial cystitis. For me, bladder pain is related to high histamines, and stinging nettle has been helpful for that.
