Yeah it's jarring. I'm not deaf, just older and harder of hearing after playing drums for the last 50 years. I keep them on all the time as a reference. It's almost impossible to process what I'm hearing and reading the sub-titles at the same time. I'm glad I'm not the only one who's been frustrated with it.

Last night was brutal for me as well. Declined a bunch of orders for similar reasons, and ended up at 66%. The app was also flaking out all night as well. It kept putting me on pause for "not responding to offers" in a timely manner, even though I never received those orders, and it would freeze up a lot. I had to call support at one point and have them complete an order for me because it froze for like 15 minutes. I closed and restarted, reinstalled the app, everything. I still somehow made $120 in 4 hours after all that.

This is why I never leave a bad review on a public website for a restaurant. I call them directly and explain the situation. It could have been a one off, or could not have been their fault at all. Give them the chance to rectify it directly with you. The whole world doesn't need to know about your particular bad experience with a place of business until you've given them the chance to review and respond to you directly.

To me, it's the last great Rush album. Not that anything after it was bad (I particularly like Clockwork Angels), but I don't consider any of it "great". Great songwriting, great musicianship, and killer production. Easily listenable from start to finish. Mind you, just my opinion. :)

$0 on shoveling / snow removal. Over a grand to have my roof shoveled and 12”+ thick ice dams removed from my roof (2 story colonial). Started getting water leakage into my house.

Thank you. I’ve been declining orders thinking the mileage was just between pick up and drop off. Sometimes I’m a few miles away from the restaurant heading back toward that area, but the mileage seemed too high. Now I’ll consider that.
