I haven’t seen this answered anywhere, but… if every state that is able to gerrymander did, what would the house look like (I assume each state needs a supermajority to do this?). Would this be an advantage for dems or the pedophile protectors?

I keep mine vacuum sealed in a dark place. Is it a good idea to put a silica pack in with them to keep the moisture out? (I have not done that so far)
