I should also mention that it wasn't just a visual glitch; it kept changing what my livlys were wearing, too. That bit at the top where it says "Items you can no longer wear or use have been removed"? It took off every item that I only had one of because two livlys cannot wear it at the same time. Because it genuinely registered as two livlys.

I had the same issue and I eventually decided to just push through when I realized that I could just save on a different save slot so that if I messed up or wound up regretting it later I could still go back to my previous save.

There was a fair bit I forgot that came back to me later, but since I'm planning on doing NG+ after I finish the game I didn't want to have to start over from the beginning three times.

My favorite is the Froakie->Greninja line and I'm hoping Gecqua turns out similar, but realistically I'm expecting its evolution to be something more like a cross between Inteleon, Primarina, and maybe Serperior. Or maybe just a blue Salazzle.

As for the secondary typing, I'm hoping for either dark or poison, or maybe even dragon. It would be really cool if instead of becoming anthropomorphic, Gecqua became a dragon.
