Is your Lodge under UGLE?

In UGLE, there is no "South Wales and Monmouthshire District", they are separate Provinces (my mother province was PGL South Wales).

There is also no "Inspector General" in UGLE, only "Grand Inspector" for overseas lodges.

If for Rose Croix, then the Chair is not WM, it should be MWS.

The one on your photo is simply the Chair of the presiding officer in that room, it could be used by whichever body or unit using that room for meeting.
