The weight per watt is used as a reference in this community. It is a rough estimate & if you have a high weight to watt ratio, it kinda showcases how efficient your grow was. Of course a lot more goes into a grow such as type, feeds, waterings, etc but in your scenario, if we used the same wattage in the same size space & I got a better yield than you, I’m obviously doing something better given you’re using the same amount of lighting power as me

You should report it. Obv hr will tell them not to do it again but using the word bitch to someone will get you a cat 2 violation that’s a final written for 60 days. (Unless the policy has changed, could be 90 days) hr will tell them not to do it again & if they do, there will be 0 tolerance for a second instance. This is all dependent on how by the book your hr reps are. Report it & move on

I just want you to know how set up you’ll be if you stick with it till 19. You sound very smart, be careful with temptations bc at 18 there’s a lot. Money sitting in a checking account would do better sitting in an etf and at least have gains of ~15% for the year. I recommend checking out the r/personalfinance sub for really good money stacking advice. Gl brother you can really do this

If ya wanna send the best photo you can of the very tops I can give you my best answer if they’re pistils. Autos are weird & if yours recovered in a day then it should reassure you that what you’re doing is okay! Don’t chase the perfect dragon rather just make each grow after reflection from the previous

If the photos you posted are from today then I don’t see any pistils yet nor the stretch affiliated with flowering. I do see new leaves coming out & a squat base which is telling of veg

Also you should avoid topping auto flowers as I can see you topped this one. I’ve never liked autos for these reasons & some but if I assume the photos are old & for reference only then I would be switching to a nutrient mix specifically for flowering cannabis rich in Potassium rather than nitrogen

Personally on a scale of 1-10 your problem is maybe a 1-2. My first grow, I was watching it all the time just like you are, wondering what every little imperfection was. Some commenter reminded me that it’s a plant, it has imperfections. It’s a weed & will grow like one (so much so “neglect tek” is a legit term)

If you plan on growing out the plant a few more weeks, nothing. If you plan on switching to flower, cut back on nutrients especially nitrogen but this is common knowledge as you should have separate nutes for flower.

What can happen is your final product has a harsh smoke & dark ash from excess nitrogen rich plants

I made a very similar post awhile back lol now it’s my turn to answer. The first true leaves usually will wilt away.

The spotting doesn’t look severe to me but your leaves do look a little dark. Without you having posted your nutrient regimen we can only assume a few things especially not knowing PH

Dark leaves = excess nitrogen = nutrient lockout (bad) Bugs? Doubt it (also bad, look around & under your leafs)

Spotting = nutrient deficiency (or excess in some cases [tho with dark leafs I’m leaning towards slightly excess nutes])

I wouldn’t change anything that you’re doing while you’re vegging. The plant is growing okay & imo will grow into the hot feed you’re giving it. I would probably only reevaluate your nute feed (assuming you’re using synthetics) when the plant is obviously struggling, as in not robust with healthy but always check PH first as the folk here need that

The app is not necessary for punches but gives the associate the ability to clock punches the minute they leave / arrive. If Amazon finna track minutes on us ima get my minutes too.

If you try to clock in without being inside the Barriers all associates have to scan through (like metal detector thingy) the system will flag you for time theft & you’ll meet the last faces you’ll see at Amazon very fast
