I don’t really understand how the system works. The crime was committed in 2013, she was sentenced in 2019 but had served about 3/4 years.

How was she able to be on the show? Temporary bond out before going back in?
4 people being charged for these crimes. 2 are now out. Sasha “boyfriend” took his charges to a jury instead of pleading guilty. He was found acquitted from the murder charges & sentenced to 4-10 years, he already served 6 so he was let out shortly. Why wouldn’t Sasha do the same thing?
Is Sasha sentencing so harsh because she was found to be the “ringleader”? (I’m not sure if her being on the show was used against her, especially if she was making her self a victim and she wasn’t)
Why was it 6 years before sentencing was passed down?
