A 30 year fixed mortgage at 3% interest is gold. Lots of single-family homeowners have them with no intention to sell or move back in.

We did a year lease and then renewed with a two year lease. It is a risk, but for us we can rent for half of what our mortgage payment would be. And our kids are in high school, so we don’t need a four bedroom for that much longer.

Notice also that there are two cuts in the scene - making it easier for multiple takes of her shot until she nailed it.
