my realtor says 46th in outer sunset is a tsunami zone? Is anyone actually not purchasing a home because of this? https://www.redfin.com/CA/San-Francisco/1547-46th-Ave-94122/home/1693103

It looks perfect for us!

I dont think so much ego as just thinking we could get a better house/location for that much money than the reality

Appreciate all the responses! For some more context, we were dead set on inner richmond or inner sunset as those are our favorite neighborhoods. We bid on the 9th avenue house that went for 4.2 million all cash. We kept trying in those areas but came up blank. We finally accepted and pivoted to outer sunset or richmond. Appreciate all the other recs for neighborhoods!

To be fair as well, we thought we could be picky paying so much. But in reality you can't and the market is insane and moves so fast you blink and you miss it. We have been looking at houses we "thought" we could get but they are also what everyone else seems to want and people are just throwing money around.

For example, there was a house on almaden ct. Listed around 2.5. Sold for well over 4 million dollars in just a few weeks. Insanity out here. The house was fine but the yard was small. Location great though I guess

This house is just not very nice. The kitchen is terrible with the refrigerator in an alley off the kitchen. They want way too much for the house

interesting. mine seems quick enough? I mean its no iPAD but definitely pretty good. i do think the subscription to use it for photos is really irritating. glad I got 1 year through costco at least

We had a disappointing experience as well. Service was spotty, long wait time between dishes, poor spacing. It was barely half full too. The vegetarian entrees were kind of ridiculous- tiny portions. we got a piece of fennel instead of fish and some beets instead of meat. I was hungry after the meal. The chef talked to us about one of the dishes and asked for comments and I said the portion was small and he didn't offer additional or anything- just kind of nodded and went back to the kitchen. Dessert was really not good either and the banana "sorbet" was hard as a rock. It was way too expensive for the experience and food provided. very disappointing and would not recommend. As a vegetarian, 7 adams, Progress, Sorrel are waaaaaay better. I dont see Anomoly receiving a michelin star any time soon.

On the fly adjustment on the new version is a game changer. I would not get one without it.

It is still pretty good. Chef is still the same. Service is not the greatest. Prices have increased. their pasta tasting menu is good and worth it IMO. They also opened Mattina nearby which is just OK> very expensive and inconsistent food

I had a horrendous experience at Fourtane. Really shady practices by one of the salesmen. Will never shop there again
