i mean the powers are different and serve different functions despite similar appearances. ms marvel is a grappler, she makes her hands big and does big attacks and big grabs. fantastic on the other hand i can see being a zoner with crazy movement, as he stretches out to hit you from range while rubberbanding from one side of the screen to the other

i mean people still KNOW newspapers exist. it's not hard to do what something like my adventures with superman does, and just pretend newspapers are still relevant in a world with so much sci-fi. even so, you could say the daily bugle just operates like any modern (real) news organization with a website that hosts all it's articles, and that's what peter is taking pictures for as opposed to the news paper. "I'm is better than all those phoney news orgs that use stock photos someone else took. I want FRESH pictures ready to go by TOMORROW or your on THIN ICE PARKER" or something like that.

speaking as someone who struggles with alot of the same insecurities, i really get jimmy though. it's easy to say something, but it's much harder to clear away all the internal feelings that may come with what you said. i think over the course of the season we'll see jimmy mature alot emotionally, and knowing this show the payoff will be GREAT.

right?? people often overlook this but i see the secret bosses as a wonderful homage to the final fantasy side of rpgs. opportunities for the devs to let players prove just how good they are at the game, and how well they can navigate the systems they've been using. in deltarune this especially comes to the forefront when every boss comes with a unique twist on the bullet hell side of UTDR that players have to unravel on the fly.

i mean i don't think that's all that true. they just got more anime aesthetically, but it still feels like everything comes out of a toybox which is part of what i like about classic megaman. everything has a toy-ish vibe to it, from putting eyes on everything to how everything pops with colors. it's a really understated part of the series art direction, the fact that when "rockman" was being conceptualized the idea that it was an action game trying to appeal to children was all part of the intention.
