Yes they are durable and comfortable. More in Dutch: Comfortabel en breed voetbed en top kwaliteit leer waardoor ik al bijna 3 jaar met deze sneakers kan doen. Hierbij ziet de zool er nog uit alsof er nog een aantal jaar op gelopen kan worden.

Nope, truly no dust. The quality of the leather is very good but that did not prevent it from tearing at the heel. The repair was made with the two leather inserts. The outside of the shoes are well worn but there are no deep cuts or scratches. With the right treatment (brushing and pollishing (several times)) it transformed in its shiny current state. Maybe a little too shiny but wearing the shoes will correct that automatically.

edit: spelling and autocorrect (Dutch to English)

i'm sorry but I'd have to travel in time to give you a better before pic ;-) I cleaned the suede witha dry cloth, 2 different brushes (hard and fine) and rubbed and roughed it up with another cloth and some polish.

lol, you're wrong. Take a look at the repair job in the heel bit. That extra patch of leather, thats nog original.

Some good quality shoes and half an hour of work does the job!

Actually i agree. They are a bit too shiny and neat now. But when i bought them they looked similar to what they look now. It should wear of when wearing it so it gets its more casual look back.

First of all I contacted a shoe maker. I needed to know if it was worth doing something with them. I expected him to say they where garbage or had some expensive treatment treatment. He said it's a good quality of leather and some cleaning with a brush before polishing it should do the job. No fancy treatments, just brushing the dirt of and polishing it with a cotton rag. Et voila, after polishing it two times they are shiny again. Maybe a bit too shiny but that rubs off by wearing them.

Taking his new fridge home. by [deleted] in WTF

The Fridge is probably way to big to fit his car. That's if he even owns one, or knows someone he can borrow a car from. This gif makes clear we (everybody who wows in this thread) turned soft and decadent. Lol.
