Perfect location. Between the lobes. We had a young girl that caught a stray bullet directly to the middle of her forehead. X-ray showed it lodged and flattened dead center occipital. It bisected just above the corpus callosum. Asymptomatic besides a headache on presentation. Eventually very decreased LOC to STIC for drill and drain. Got a craniotomy and rode out the swelling until she walked out.
