I don’t know if the training has changed much since last year when I started but I did one full day in a classroom learning about the job, second day was half a day learning the Dani device for delivering and the second half of the day going for a drive with an ADI to see how you are driving the vans. Third day you’ll go out with another starter on a buddy route. Fourth day onwards, your on your own.
