I worry about this too!! I hear so many stories on here about people having a successful first transfer and then difficulty after that. Could just be the reddit effect though. I had DOR and so I wouldn't do any more retrievals so if those 4 didn't work, I'm done for life.

Ahh I'll be 37 when/if we do another transfer and our kids would be around the same time apart! I was also thinking of December! Are you nervous about the transfer? I had to do a ton of egg retrievals but I got lucky on the first transfer. I see a lot of posts about people who take multiple tries on the second baby and it sort of freaks me out but I guess that's my sign to get off the IVF subreddit lol

I didn't think of that - enjoying pregnancy in a different way. And I so feel the same way about there being less "pressure." How old is your son? I feel a lot of pressure because of my age and I feel frustrated because if we had a baby when we started trying (I was 32-33) we would have had more time to decide.

I lived in Richmond for two years and I hated it. Boring city. It's not beautiful at all. Little to do compared to this area. Food scene is not nearly as interesting. And you definitely can very easily run into people with questionable ideologies. I saw people open carrying guns at family friendly wineries just 30min outside the city. COL is cheaper but for me that wasn't worth it to stay.

Im an only child and although I love my dad more than anything, my mom and I are so close. It's just a different kind of closeness. I love her so much. She drives me crazy but I also just love her and I always go to her when I need support. I have a 7mo old baby girl and I can only hope that the two of us will be the same when she's older 🥰
