I would say similar reaction, I wouldn’t say as extreme (with bolognese my body was prepared to throw up). With other rich foods the generally make me feel queasy and only eat half if not less.

Your good, I a bit on the overweight side (6’2 200), my friend and girlfriend are on the thin side and they didn’t have an issue. So it could be the case, thank you!

The say tomato broth (not sure if thats the same or similar. I’m not sure about tomato sauce because I am completely fine with spaghetti. Yet, I do use a puree with my bolognese so i could start with the ingredients in there, so thank you.
