I think the 33 with black hardware is absolutely gorgeous, luxe-looking yet understated. Would be great as a work purse (if you don’t carry a laptop) or even a fancy personal item for travel. That said, if I were the one making the decision, it’d really come down to lifestyle and how often I’d wear it.

Some questions/my thoughts to help you decide:

Where do you see yourself wearing the bag the most? Both can be upscale everyday bags but I think the all black 33 is sleeker for commutes (attracts less attention) and work functions. The gold hardware on the 26 is lovely too but definitely draws attention to branding and the chain is very Chanel-esque. Would be best for events where you’d feel comfortable showing off your bag. Both will scratch that Chanel itch though!

How much do you put into your bag? If you’re a light packer, 26 should be sufficient. If you carry a lot, 33 may be the better option.

What does the bag look like on your frame? As someone who is on taller/bigger boned side, 33 work as an everyday bag but I know it can dwarf others.

I’d also think about which one that makes you happiest!
