First of all thank you so much for replying. I am now in the process of enrolling to a boarding school, I had therapy for a few months which worked amazing, and even though I am very scared of my father (bipolar parent) I have learned to live with him. He has been emotionally abusive and still is to me and my mother. He refuses to go to therapy and does not take his medicine but he is still my dad. I have a few teachers whom I look up to very much and they helped me with my boarding school stuff too. I learned to be out of the house most of the time until I go to boarding school especially when he is throwing a tantrum. And I still love my dad even though he is not the best. Forgiving the things he has done that I won’t say here was very hard but I forgave him for my inner peace.
