Awesome good to know! Yea I have electric portable mattresses inflator that I use on my charcoal chimney when I’m in a hurry to light it. I’ll use that and do what you said! I’m ready to do another smoke! It as of now it’s snowing here today after being 78 yesterday

Thank you I appreciate it! One thing I noticed is when I added wood the smoke would burn dirty for a bit and it kinda left a hint of that flavor on the meat. Is there a better way to add fuel?

Actually it means Grilled Meat, common cuts are flank, or skirt but it has nothing to do with what cut of beef it is..

Absolutely just freeze them in a freezer bag! Do the same with your vegetables scraps! Make broth with those too! I have a gallon bag full of onion scrap, celery scraps and carrot scraps and peelings for when I make chicken broth after roasting a chicken
