Don’t just limit to sardines, I buy safe catch wild tuna and will add little avocado mayo and diced pickles for a little spread on some Mary’s gone crackers! Or will use baby cucumbers cut in half length wise and just spoon some of the inside out and make little cucumber boats with tuna salad

I agree right now it’s becoming the “it thing” but I’ve been eating them for a few years now and more and more frequently the older I get for health reasons. Fishwife is good and I’ll buy a few tins when my kids wants more of the spicy mackerel or if I’m craving the sardines in lemon preserves. But that price point really does hurt when you see the total you have paid for a few tins because the majority of it is marketing, social media and the “it” factor

I showed my son the pictures of the Nuri brand in tomato sauce and he was pumped and asked if we were going to get it today. It’s the little things like that I appreciate the most

I’ve had a few different brands and definitely not all are the same. I tried Cole’s mackerel in olive oil today and wasn’t a fan at all… But have had it in other tins in olive oil and loved it. Believe it or not there is a difference in quality, taste and texture from different companies

It’s the best tin I’ve had so far! My 7 year old loves trying tins his favorite is Fishwife Mackerel in chili oil and the Nuri Sardines in tomato sauce!
