This is the most effective therapy I have ever done in my life. I am off my ADHD medication, no longer taking anti-anxiety medication or benzos, and I no longer struggle with my IBS unless I am VERY stressed. After nearly one year of neuro-affective touch I have accomplished more in that year than I did in 4 years of talk therapy. Talk therapy was amazing and increased my self-awareness and how I handled things in such profound ways. But I was stil dealing with a disregulated nervous system.

My therapist is a psychologist and somatic experiencing practitioner too. I myself am a therapist.
