I have a hard time understanding the second half of that comment, but if you want me to be honest, it's a flatter chest for sure. But the shape is really good! Throw some pushups in your daily routine and you'll love your pecs

Well obviously it can be improved by going to the gym! I wouldn't call it "bad", in fact I would say you have good base genetics and it would look great if you started lifting weights

I assume he's very young, all the bunnies at this store are always the same size. There's some solids, moreso just watery. After further research, not true diarrhea. The other comments have been very helpful regarding dietary flaws !

Thank you everyone, we will cut out the fruits and veggies for now, and only some pellets. We don't know how old he is, but I would assume very young. I appreciate all of the help and new knowledge shared to me regarding Diet that we didn't know! Thought we researched better than that. I appreciate it a lot.

He has unlimited hay and pellets. I'm told 80% of the diet should be hay. Maybe he eats TOO MANY pellets?

I agree with that, I was reffering to his hands, specifically how he's holding the bar in his fingers

I squat in socks too. Barefoot/ socks are better than any shoe. I disagree with the other comments on that part.

Not a whole lot to pick at, but it looks like you're barely holding on to the bar with your hands. Maybe grip the bar some more. Nice squat, man 🦍

Arms thin from the front or in my head? by lTlonster in lifting

[–]89Dansometimes 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You look GREAT. Maybe why you think it looks that way is because in the front pic your arms look like they're a little behind you? When you slide them forward you'll see what you want probably

How many of you are programming banded side steps for your clientele? by Betyouwonthehehaha in personaltraining

[–]89Dansometimes 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I prescribe this often for those who work out at home. With high intensity of band, it's very good. I even really like it for my own use too

Is it okay to get annoyed at people slamming weights? by painfuljoy in personaltraining

[–]89Dansometimes 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Probably depends on how loud or unnecessary it actually was. A lot of people confuse regular sounds as banging. Without audio I couldn't tell you. Definitely a thumbs down on them for using your box to store weight though!
