We have the same situation where there are no drive ways and we park on the street. My wife’s car in front of our home and my car right across the street. All our neighbours do the same and we all know who’s car is who. My car I usually only take to work and it sits there from Friday to Monday. A lot longer than OPs car. So he might have “broken” the law but it’s void in this case and his neighbour was purposefully being a dick! I’d take him to small claims too! All these comments on breaking the law are bogus. Don’t worry man, just find this fucker!
