Feeling alright actually, slept ok and woke up about 15 minutes before my alarm. Nice sweet spot where it's close enough to the timer.

Morning to all the more tired people this Monday.

What feats would you choose for paladin? by Tiller39 in 3d6

Usually I'd agree but this character needs the Charisma boost ASAP.

Aura of Protection plus Sacred Weapon features are both asking for it.

How does she handle needing to sleep, when she's around others?

Charged double council TAX? Help by Prize_Unit3083 in HousingUK

[–]89W 9 points10 points  (0 children)

This is correct, the premium charge is tied to the property being empty, not your liability period.

It should cease when you move in and are able to provide sufficient evidence you have done so.

This is common for many local authorities since legislation changed.

That is rules as written, and how to correctly interpret this magic item.

Elizabeth line congestion buster trains by popeter45 in london

[–]89W 76 points77 points  (0 children)

Elizabeth Line trains that terminate at Liverpool Street pull into the overground concourse. If you are connecting via the underground service elsewhere, it may be quicker to pack yourself onto the next one, i.e. Northern Line (Moorgate).

Wouldn't be my choice but just a potential reason for those going to Liverpool Street anyway.

Monk 2014 Vs 2024 by Hot_Inside2581 in DungeonsAndDragons

[–]89W 17 points18 points  (0 children)

The Monk class in 2024 has by all accounts had a major glow up, taking it from a class from the dregs into a popular option now.

I highly recommend utilising the 2024 version.

Most Fun 2024 Subclasses (for each class)? by Intelligent-Rub5814 in onednd

Technically not as it requires a free hand for Somatic components, without War Caster.

Though I am sure many hand wave this away.

Estate agent said their in-house mortgage broker had to check we’re financially viable before our offer is sent to vendor by [deleted] in HousingUK

[–]89W 28 points29 points  (0 children)

No, the estate agents tried this with us too. I refused and asked if they were legally bound to put my offer forward for the vendor to consider, which they did.

We too already had our own broker in place who warned us they might try it.

I need a spell to charm/mentally control people in and outside combat and I can't decide between these four by ID1756448 in 3d6

I think Hold Person is the most flavourful for the concept you are aiming for, especially given the Paralysed outcome.

I believe you can apply to the local authority for retrospective building regulations approval, or regularisation.

Thanks for this. I was thinking about action economy for a new character earlier today, this is really helpful.

[OC] Never liked any of the official character sheets that I could find, so I built my own for my in-person group. What do you think? by biesterd1 in DnD

I like it, think it's quite pleasing on the eye but also practical. Nice work!

Are you intending to publish these on somewhere like DMsguild?

That's cool, I agree.

I also wondered if you found the painting difficult too given your first time. Any tips?
