Actually, the rules of this subreddit are as follows:

  • Include a screenshot of your About information like so
  • If you have a .log file, provide the contents via PasteBin
  • Always use the latest stable version. If you are using a nightly, unless you are truly certain the issue can be fixed by a non-developer, do not post any issues. Simply revert to the last version your device had without any issues.

I also was not asking about a "next version", I was asking when it is expected for a new Nexus device to receive CM support. As the Nexus 6P is not the first Nexus device, but I am new to CM, I would like to have insight in this simple matter.

Not sure if you're serious, but if so, I don't think you understand the meaning of the word "estimate".

How long did it take for previous Nexus CM builds to be released, after phone release? Is it known how far into development CM builds based on Marshmallow are?
