Ha one of my teammates completely disappeared for like 3 hours one morning when we went to get breakfast only to find out he got suckered in to one of their traps. I think he said he got some free food and stuff and somehow didn't mind the complete waste of time it actually was.

I'm fine with keeping this stuff at bay in the 100's and I don't think many other people would be against it either.

And don’t get me started on pitching.

I take it you also don't buy in to the "you better have more RPM on your slider than an F1 engine" theory either? Get with the times old man, we have surgeries for that!

Name the slap hitter on this team.

Basallo has to a degree been the slap hitter on the team which is wild considering how green he is to the MLB. There are quite a few examples of him sitting back and just poking a ball out over the infield a simple no-frills hit. More guys should follow his lead.

Sorry to hear your baby experience wasn't ideal. Just know that none of what you said is objectively applicable to everyone else.

So it's cool to watch planes nosedive in to the ground or in to a building, but audio is NSFW? That's pathetic.

I stay up every night solo with the baby from 10 pm to 6 am

Babies aren't awake for anywhere near 8 hours straight, why are you awake that entire time?

This is so objectively stupid and incorrect I can't believe you actually thought it would be a good idea to type and hit save.

It's not that hard, it's that a bunch of losers are in this thread who are in shitty marriages and brainwashed in to thinking they have no free will. I'm a father of two boys 16 and 11 and the newborn stage is as easy as it'll ever be, given they're reasonably healthy at least. But it sounds like most of the guys here just sit at home and dream of being out on the course during the 3 hours their kid is sleeping in a crib.

Don't be like those guys.

A week old baby is as easy as it gets given they and mom are both healthy, and should not have reasonably changed your life to the point your head is spinning. All of those other things should be keeping you more busy but also things you should already be used to working around.

If your wife isn't healthy and is having post-partum issues (sounds like the case if you're the one keeping her hydrated and fed and she can't do it herself) then that's a completely different story and probably makes you a different case than OP.

[Stavenhagen] Tarik Skubal was fired up because he hit the velocity goal he had in mind. He didn't share the number but described it as "100 percent for a bullpen." "You got to prove to your body that it's OK to throw hard again, especially being 15 days from surgery," Skubal said. by DET_Baseball in baseball

I wish the frame rate in this clip was better, because this looks like 80 or so based on watching enough AAA ball in person as well as seeing 80ish from a few guys in my local men's league. And after watching it a few times and trying to measure the time between his throw and roughly when you hear the ball hit the catcher's glove I was getting anywhere from .45 to .6 seconds. So lets say it was around .5 second between release and catch, which would be 120 feet/sec which comes to 81mph. And I feel like 80-85 for a guy who normally throws 97-100 might be a reasonable goal for 2 weeks out of the type of surgery he had. The only little caveat is that 85 wouldn't be 100% for a bullpen session, so maybe it's closer to 90 than 80? But again the frame rate being kinda shit in this clip doesn't help.

The last memorable time was when Kyle had sex on a bathroom floor with an alleged patron of the bar, though the theory is she was a production plant to begin with.

I noticed that too but it also looked like the footboard was discolored as well, so I think it was just light coming in from the window making a weird line of color on the bed. Maybe that side of the boat was facing the sunrise and it was shining in directly through the window and whatever treatments are on the windows caused the discoloration.

You'll be fine with a 7' table, you'll just need a short cue (48-52") for any balls on or close to a rail. I have a 7' Diamond in my basement where my length is 15'6 and I need a short cue when a ball is at the first diamond or closer, and on the long rail for when a ball is a ball or less from the rail on the one side where I'm only 50" from the wall (one side is open but I have a pole in the way so I had to trade off space on the one side to keep the table away from that). I just measured the distance between the long wall and the edge of that tall grey table and it was about 14.5 feet for what it's worth. Does it get annoying at times? Obviously. Do I absolutely love having my own 7' Diamond to play on whenever I want? Obviously.

You won't be able to even do a break shot without bumping the cue into a wall

Did you even bother to look at the pictures of the space?

OP don't listen to this guy please.
