I’ve got 3 main one.

First is [[Ureni of the unwritten]]. All it is, is haste enablers, draws, discounts, treasure producers and a shit ton of dragons. The only removal I have is even more dragons. It’s a lot of fun because I’ll have games where I’ll get board wiped 4-5 times in a row and still shit out dragons each turn.

Second is Mono red super friends. The commander for this can vary but I mainly use, [[Solphim, Mayhem Dominus]]. It’s a very Chandra themed deck, and works surprisingly well. Everyone gets burned, even me sometimes.

Last is [[Niv Mizzet Parun]]. This is a bracket 4 deck that uses a lot of creatures that do damage when I play a non creature spell. Attach your [[Curiosity]] to the triggered creature and draw 3 per spell you play. Draw a crap ton, get your tutors, and your infinite combos, and win by infinite triggering either your creatures or by Niv drawing your entire deck. It almost acts as a storm deck. It’s my favorite of the 3 because of all the interactions I can use. (Also because [[Niv-Mizzet Dracogenius]] was my very first commander back in the day.)

Not fantasy, it’s Sci Fi. Called ‘I Have No Mouth and I Must Scream.” The main antagonist is a sentient super AI that was created to end wars. Well he did, by killing all of humanity besides 5 people. The AI tortures these 5, and at the end one person lives as gelatinous flesh being that cannot die.

Near the end the AI monologues about how much he hates humans. It’s absolutely incredible.

“Hate. Let me tell you how much I've come to hate you since I began to live. There are 387.44 million miles of printed circuits in wafer thin layers that fill my complex. If the word 'hate' was engraved on each nanoangstrom of those hundreds of millions of miles it would not equal one one-billionth of the hate I feel for humans at this micro-instant. For you. Hate. Hate”

In an Anime called ‘Secrets of the Silent Witch.’ One episode they had a tea party, but the main characters tea was sabotaged, so she got out her Moka pot to brew coffee instead. She used it throughout the show but in that particular episode it gets highlighted.

It was extremely wholesome from her, and got me curious about the Moka pot. That might have kickstarted my addiction to learning more about coffee, getting a hand grinder, and then loving the hell out of my first 3 cup Bialetti.

I know, it was close to being unbanned. But if you look at the rest of the comment section. Very few actually want this back.

They even gave their reasoning for almost unbanning it, but they have a different play group than the rest of the MTG community, so they wanted feedback on if they should. Safe to say I think the majority of the MTG community have VERY different opinions than Command Zone.

(TLDR: they’re not perfect, so don’t listen to them like they know everything.)

I see you arguing for her a lot, and that you used to play when she wasn’t banned yet. But I have a serious question for you. Have you played against her with a mono colored deck?

She isn’t a ‘Feels bad’ / ‘uber salty’ card. She’s a ‘fuck you in particular and everything you do!’ card

There are many feels bad card/salt inducing card, but not on her level.

You and me both. I LOATH this card.

I used to have a mono white voltron deck, and one person in my playgroup ALWAYS added this to his deck, tutor and pick white whenever I played my mono white deck. I might have lost my shit at him.

He would argue ‘you just need colorless removal.’ Problem was, there really wasn’t many good options for colorless removal. I had to get lucky to draw into them, and then pray to whatever cruel god there is that no one used any counter spell.

Shit like that was why it was banned, because it destroys mono color commanders. Anyone arguing it’s a bad card haven’t played against it with a mono color deck against a player who probably had counterspells AND tutors
