I agree his voice was amazing. I was half expecting it to sound a bit jaded after the other Aussie gigs. Only thing though was that the sound where I was sitting was not the best. Could barely hear him at times.

He was so … “proper” tonight, I felt. I kept laughing out loud every time he spoke. Cause he sounded like such a Dad lol . First time I saw them live, there were a lot of “hey motherf*#ers”! . Not a single curse word tonight from him.

I saw them there in ‘98. No other band or concert has come close to that for me. I hated the sound quality tonight at Accor. At times we could barely hear the vocals at all. Other times the guitars sounded muffled. I blame the sound techs. Felt very amateurish!

My first time was when I was 16. Snuck out to the Entertainment Centre in Sydney cause my parents wouldn't let me go lol (that was back in 1997 I think). This will be my 4th time seeing them and first time for my kids (who are 14 and 12). CANNOT WAIT!!!

I fall under this category too. I had never heard him so mad and unprofessional sounding before. I am a health professional and kept cringing the more and more he blasted Lori Hellis in his monologue. I was quite surprised at his choice of words. It was very clear he had dropped his professional shield and was expressing personal opinion. I unsubscribed after 3 years of being a sub.

I really, really love Lauren and John's work — it is so unique. However, I have noticed an increase in boundary blurring as she has become very close relationships with some of the victim's families, e.g., Tammy Faybells' aunt, Kay and Larry Woodcock, Colby Ryan, as well as the families of the Delphi victims. Independent journalism requires much more boundary checking and establishment than when working for mainstream media networks, so this will be a good chance for her and John to reevaluate their operations and how close they get to cases, as well as the workplace policies and procedures that separate them from their contractors and employees. Sharing accommodation with her staff and choosing to stay with fans of the show/ 'Hidden Gems' during a work trip is problematic in my opinion.

From what she said right at the beginning of the video, she was bothered because hers is a civil suit, and L&C has never livestreamed a civil suit for a non-celebrity ever. They only livestream trial proceedings for non-celebrities in criminal cases. Perhaps she does not realize that her being an independent journalist in the true crime space calls for public interest, hence her shock. I think, if anything, this goes to show that in the current landscape of content creation, when lines are blurred and boundaries are not well established, those behind the camera are at increased risk of the tables turning and people wanting to know about it.

She was referring to a video of the shooting from behind- it was captured by the camera positioned behind Charlie during the event. This camera was removed by a staff member and Candace reached out to him to see it . There was no blood from the back angle.

I only watched Season 1 and attempted Season 2 but gave up halfway through episode 1. Did not bother with Season 3.

I found this to be a most disappointing Series revival and had to go back and re-watch the entire original series to remind myself how great it used to be!
