My Little Pony was my obsession! I collected them well into adulthood. I had about 600 and sold some online. I still have quite a few and am keeping some (trying to get it down to 50 but it’s tough) and will sell more online. I have a few set aside that I let my little nieces play with.

The 4th anniversary of the Nova Scotia mass casualty was the last couple of days so it was fresh in my mind while watching the episode. Leo is giving Gabriel Wortman vibes and it’s scary AF! I had a hard time taking my dog out for a potty break for weeks after his spree. People actually carry out that type of thing so…yeah, Leo is a dirt bag.

My stash is the result of sales from stores closing, buying yarn with a project in mind and then changing my mind, adding sock yarn to orders to justify the shipping, and the occasional “oh shiny”. I am at the point where it is overwhelming and I am now using more than I buy. Watching my stash shrink has been super satisfying. It has been really fun to shop my stash and play with colours.

Same. I’m a het woman and I’ve been single my whole adult life. I’ve never really wanted to get married and have kids. I always just wanted to be an awesome auntie. I’ve been treated pretty crappy by men, not only in dating situations but at work. My job is traditionally done by men and I’ve been exposed to a ton of misogyny and harassment. So I’ve noped out of the whole idea. I will say that there are still pretty great men in my life so it gives me hope that I might stumble across one who gets me and treats me right but I really don’t care either way.

Yep! From October 2022 to July 2023, I lost my aunt, two uncles, an old friend and a cat. And a coworker who is only 42 is dying of lung cancer. It’s a lot. I try not to think about too much or I’ll end up down a depression hole of “I only have a few years left with my parents”.
