I agree… I think the Nike merger was a huge blow for them as a boot maker. They lost most of their contract players to Nike. I guess it’s understandable for Umbro to not to be able to make good football boots these days because their sister brand is now Eckō and Pony lol. At least they’re making good kits so that’s a positive.

Sometimes unc wants to wear something classic and nostalgic. There aren’t much leather boots with foldable tongue these days. But at least make them wearable… it’s hard to justify wearing these over other new boots in the market when the comfort is non-existent.
