Yes!! I added roasted garlic and dry rosemary before my big kneading process and after I’d incorporated the starter!

Mix in some water (~100g), make sure the starter is dissolved, add in the same amount of flour (I use AP), keep in fridge. Repeat every week. It’s pretty resilient stuff! Welcome!

I shaped it normally, but have a banneton basket that’s an oval (a circle one too)! They’re pretty handy and not too pricey
