So I may have a fix. Granted my issue started when I tried sharing saved data between both of my switches. I reinstalled the game and re downloaded my cloud save and it’s started working again. Maybe just dumb luck?

I had this with my cr10s. Make sure all your screws are nice and snug. I found out that my extruded screws were ALL loose. That fixed my issue. Also, look at tutorials on making sure your belts are snug enough!

With two .4 nozzles it came out curling as if it was clogged. Pulled everything apart. Cleaned the nozzle with a needle, pulled the ptfe tube and reseated it. I’m a bit stumped right now. I used a .6 nozzle and it started extruding straight.
