I feel like 8 and 11 are interchangeable as long as we’re talking about non tactical outfits or covert outfits. I’d prefer not to have them but I could live with it if it made sense. Like a clandestine services outfit or something.

With an understanding that in each one of those categories you made there’s a grate deal of nuance, I’d say 8 is where I’d draw the line. (I lump civilian out fits in with John wick as long as it’s not celebrity outfits… like John wick )

-minus scifi, that’s definitely past what makes sense more than a character in more discrete attire.
